"Aufstieg" (engl.: ascent, climb) is the title my colleagues and I came up with when we were tasked to design an exhibition in the course of our studies. It deals with the human desire of climbing mountains and questions the expectations that motivate people to scale even the highest summits. Based on historical background and symbolic and factual content the exhibition analyzes the meaning of mountains in different cultures, provides an insight into extreme sports and the consequences of failed ascent attempts and shows the natural beauty of mountains as a recreation area.

In this project I was responsible for the 3D Visualization as well as some conceptual work.
